How to apply for a loan?
Financial Help currently offers loan services to customers:
Between 22 to 60 years old.
Currently employed or with a steady source of income.
Have any of the following IDs: TIN, Passport, PRC, UMID, SSS, Student's ID.
Bank account. Soon you will get an option to get disbursement with GCash or cash pick up.
How will I know if I am approved?
We will notify you through SMS and Email upon submission of your application.
How can I get my approved loan?
Loan proceeds will be automatically deposited to your bank account upon approval. We will send an SMS/Email confirmation after the transaction is completed.
Accepted banks are:
- Banco De Oro
- Bank of the Philippine Islands
- EastWest Bank
- Philippine National Bank
- RCBC myWallet
- Security Bank
- Land Bank
- Asia United Bank
- BPI Family Savings bank
What is the processing time for disbursements?
To get money instantly, use Instapay option. Usually it takes 1 to 5 minutes to get money. Otherwise, if the loan application has been processed:
before 1 PM, loan proceeds will be received by 6 PM onwards on the same day.
after 1 PM, or on Weekends and holidays, loan proceeds will be received by 6 PM on the next business day.
What if I did not receive the reference number?
Upon approval, the reference number will be sent through SMS and Email together with the contract. If not, contact us through chat on the app / site of our customer support.
What will I do if I do not receive the money?
Once approval is confirmed and there is still no amount disbursement on the account within the regular time (please refer to What is the processing time for disbursements), please provide the latest statement of account to validate your claim.
What if my loan was declined?
Sorry for the inconvenience. There are a lot of factors which could influence that decision.
What if I have accidentally input a wrong bank account?
If you input the wrong bank account number, we'll have to check first the status of the application. If it is an error, we will request to reject the application and ask you to re-apply again. If the application is already approved and disbursement is successful, you will be liable for the loan. Try to coordinate with your bank and see if they can transfer the proceed in to yours (always be mindful in indicating your bank details)
I did not receive OTP.
Sorry for the inconvenience. First double-check the indicated mobile number, if still no OTP is sent, try to resend the code again. If still none, please contact us. Use a chat on the app/site, our customer support. We will inform you when we solve the problem.
I did not receive the money after approval.
Please refer to the section What is the processing time for disbursements? If the standard time for disbursement has already passed and you haven’t received SMS regarding disbursement failure, then please, contact us through chat on the app/site of our customer support. Sorry for the inconvenience.
What if an employee of the company asks for payment through a personal account?
Strictly pay your loan through our Payment Channels (directly to Dragon pay/Dragon Loans) using your reference number. Do not entertain any text/call that asks you to process a payment under a personal account. Please report this to us at our customer support.
